Becoming a Realtor

Jenna Fleming - Realtor

I wanted to take a moment to share a bit of my journey—how I found my way into real estate.

After high school, I had every intention of going into the medical field. But one summer day, sitting by the beach before college started, I felt a nudge in my spirit to go a different direction.

I’d always been drawn to business, something I picked up from watching my dad build a successful career of his own. His entrepreneurial spirit definitely rubbed off on me. I inherited his drive, his hustle, and that fearless ability to take risks. Deep down, I knew I needed a path that would challenge me and allow me to build something of my own. So I did.

Fast forward to 2022—I passed my real estate exam and got to work. I was incredibly fortunate to find a mentor in Stephanie Wilson, who I owe my career to! She poured into me and showed me what it took to be successful.

After a year of learning and growing under her guidance, I felt ready to spread my wings. I made the leap from being part of a team to becoming classified as a solo agent within my brokerage, Keller Williams.

I joined the amazing network of KW Realtors because I believed in their systems, purpose and community—and it turns out, having a great team behind you makes all the difference. As a realtor in Union County with Keller Williams, I’ve learned that every client’s journey is different—but at the center of each one is something incredibly meaningful: the search for “home.”

Being a Union County realtor means I get to champion the community I grew up in—a place that shaped me and continues to inspire the work I do every day—to me, it is home.

When you search through lists of realtors, you’ll find a long roster of capable, qualified professionals. But what I think sets me apart is my genuine commitment to your journey and my commitment to my service areas. I strive to create an experience that is seamless, exciting, and truly memorable. Every client relationship matters deeply to me, and I take pride in offering the kind of support, care, and attention that makes you feel confident and understood every step of the way.

Why I Love What I Do:

  • I get to serve the community I call home
I meet the most incredible people—many of whom become friends
I get to be a resource for all things homeownership
No two days are ever the same (and I love that!)

Today, I approach each transaction with the same drive I had when I first started—but with years of insight and experience to guide me. I’ve helped families relocate across states, supported downsizers as they start fresh, and stood beside first-time buyers as they sign on the dotted line.

Through it all, my commitment to my clients has only grown stronger as I learn to serve better.

Every day in this business brings a new challenge and a new opportunity to learn. And with each experience, I find myself becoming not just a better realtor, but a better advocate, listener, and problem-solver.

If you're looking to buy or sell in Union County—I’d be honored to be part of your journey. Let's talk about where you are, where you’re headed, and how we can get there together.
